Overview

The Onsite Client Advocate is a client facing position that acts as the liaison with the client.  This hybrid customer relations and operations position, requires the individual to support the client at the client’s location.The position is fast-paced, requires tremendous attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide account management and customer service support on the client account.
  • Track workload and results proactively on a daily basis.
  • Manage annual projects on behalf of the client when needed.
  • Provide support to the client in answering candidate or recruiter questions.
  • Provide reporting and metrics as agreed upon to show outstanding work and proactively identify any issues.
  • Provide monthly executive summary of volume, costs, and trends as agreed upon.
  • Operational processing, just as clinic contacts, applicant scheduling, and other tasks as needed.
  • Be the eyes and ears to proactively identify any concerns.
  • Working with internal team members to address concerns and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Ability to project manage and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to conduct meetings in person and / or over the phone with clients.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate via written or verbal methods
  • Active listening skills
  • Effective time management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Sense of urgency to meet client and organizational expectations
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
  • Organization skills and highly detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook and PC Based applications.
  • Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments.
  • Strict Confidentiality Standards

 

EDUCATION:

  • 1 – 3 years of account management experience
  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Associates Degree or Higher Preferred
