Our Client, is seeking Administrative Coordinators to help with completing an Administrative and/or Technical Review of all reporting and to ensure they meet company standards.


  • Utilizes established policy and procedure to ensure efficient workflow within established standards and industry guidelines
  • Communicates routinely and openly with Manager and teammates regarding issues, conflicts and concerns as they arise
  • Diagnoses problems identified through telephone and electronic communications with appraisal service providers and address or escalate efficiently
  • Able to understand and adhere to all applicable Valuation Connect policies and procedures
  • Utilizes internet-based order management software, following direction from Manager, to assign all appraisal report orders to qualified appraisers
  • Performs careful review of orders throughout each day to ensure that Valuation Connect and contracted appraisers comply with state-specific regulations and statutory requirements
  • Understands and follows documented client specific appraisal requirements


  • High School diploma or GED
  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry in general and appraisals in particular a plus
  • Experience in customer relations or customer service is beneficial
  • Ability to work well in a team environment through collaboration.
  • Good attention to detail making minimal errors
  • Displays the consistent ability to embrace rapid changes to SLAs, internal policies, and overall procedures
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good judgment, ability to escalate efficiently when unable or unauthorized to resolve conflict, issue or concern, minimizing issues to be escalated to Manager
