Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for a Customer Support Lead. This individual will responsible for assisting customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their usage of our world-class software product, as well as working with new trial customers to demonstrate the product via screen sharing software. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the Company’s goals for customer satisfaction and retention.
