Overview

Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for a Customer Support Lead.  This individual will responsible for assisting customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their usage of our world-class software product, as well as working with new trial customers to demonstrate the product via screen sharing software. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the Company’s goals for customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

 

  • Work directly with customers either by telephone or electronically to respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or concerns.
  • Direct any unresolved issues or requests to the designated resource, when needed.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions, as well as actions taken.
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports and maintain customer databases.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution/satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams on product or service improvement opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Attention to detail, adaptability
