Overview

One of our preferred clients in the Pittsburgh area is looking for an ERP Change Management Consultant to support client applications.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assess the pending changes and impacts to stakeholders.
  • Develop organizational change management and communication strategies and plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to communicate about the IT outsourcing initiative.
  • Actively coach executive leaders who are change sponsors around leading the organization through change.
  • Focus on communicating changes to business processes, systems and technology, and job roles.
  • Work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency regarding the changes impacting employees in the organization in order to achieve business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in leading organizational change management with ERP/Oracle initiatives within the public sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Presence and capability to work with sharp, fast moving executives.
  • Development and management of organizational change management and communication plans.
  • Ability to perform business readiness assessments, including stakeholder surveys, interviewing, and related information gathering activities.
  • Ability to categorize and analyze stakeholder groups, identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to create and enable reinforcement mechanisms such as celebrations of success.
  • An outstanding multi-tasker able to continuously prioritize, plan and execute work.
  • Detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution without fail.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related or equivalent work experience.
