    Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Representative. This individual will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, and in developing strong long-term relationships.

     

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 20-30 calls per day, doing research, generating interest, qualifying prospects, conducting web demos, and using CRM software.

     

    The Company offers flexible start/end times, a fun, relaxed work environment, free parking, and excellent growth potential. Located just South of Pittsburgh, PA, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Schedule demos and achieve quarterly quotas
    • Perform effective online demos to prospects
    • Maintain your database of prospects in Salesforce
    • Maintain tasks, activity logs, and opportunities in Salesforce

    Qualifications

    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Ability to work effectively with C-Level clients
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
