    The VMS Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and submitting best qualified candidates to open positions for our clients. The VMS Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist works very closely with the Account Manager as partners to fill open jobs that come in from our top tier relationships Clients. This is a full time direct hire position located in McMurray, PA.


    • Sources candidates from multiple sources including internal database, external job boards, LinkedIn and calling into competing companies that utilize contingent labor
    • Posts jobs through internal and external platforms, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting candidate relationships, so that we can reutilize the same candidate on multiple contract assignments and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
    • Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
    • Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone
    • Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system.
    • Delivers and negotiates job offers to candidates.


    • One or more years of experience in an IT and or Finance Recruiter Assistant or Talent Acquisition Coordinator related position. 
    • Experience in a technical and VMS recruiting environment strongly preferred
    • Experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant tracking.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
