Our client, a leader in their industry is actively seeking a Change Management Lead for a 12 month contract assignment in the Columbus, Ohio area. The Change Management Lead plays a key role in ensuring projects meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, etc. This specific change management opening is related to our Infrastructure Technology Modernization Program. This person will be coordinating the change management and communication activities in support of this multi-project program. This effort will go through 2019 and perhaps into 2020.
