    Our Client, a leader in their industry, has an immediate need for a Deskside Support Consultant.  The position is located Norcross, GA.  This is a long term open ended contract assignment. Ideal candidates must have seven years of deskside support experience including support of C-Level/VIP's.  

    Responsibilities

                  

    • Seven years of experience providing desk side support.
    • Prior experience supporting user base of 200-300 including C-Level/VIP's
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills that includes hardware, software, and other break/fix issues which might include printing, networking, file shares, etc.
    • Ability to resolve Windows10 Issues and Errors
    • Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge (mainly Cisco)
    • Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications
    • Understanding of Symantec Virus Scan software 
    • Customer infrastructure support (wiring and connectivity)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory 
    • Sarbanes Oxley Policies and Processes 
    • Experience with Computer asset tracking and lease management
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences 
    • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills 
    • Ability to sift through technical issues and know what to do next and/or when to escalate for help
    • Ability to multi-task 
    • Team-oriented / team player / ability to share ideas as well as listen to ideas
    • Some experience with support and administration of telephones (VoIP)
    • Remedy (Software experience preferred) 

    Qualifications

    Technical Skills:

    • Windows 10, O365, MS Office products, Cisco phone systems, Remedy, Active Directory, AutoCAD/Autodesk, Android/iPhone

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred

    Prior applicable experience:

    • Must have 5+ years of deskside support experience
    • Must have prior experience supporting C-Level users/VIP's
