Our client, a leader in their industry is actively seeking a Jr. Organizational Change Manager for a 12 month contract in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be implementing a change management strategy across multiple teams that maximize customer adoption while minimizing resistance to the change and disruption to business operations.
