We currently have a client in the Columbus, Ohio area who is actively seeking a Change management Professional for a 12 month contract assignment. The CMP will provide insight and data to change management team regarding stakeholder status and partner with the team to refine plans based on stakeholder data. The CMP will be responsible for all stakeholder reporting. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The CMP will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
