    Our Client, an industry-leading global technology manufacturer, is currently seeking a Marketing Director for their Software Products and Services group, responsible for all outbound marketing activities. This individual will craft marketing content based on product positioning, conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand, and work alongside the product managers and corporate marketing teams.

    • Product Launch – plan the go-to-market of new products and software releases; develop product messaging that differentiates the product in the market; train global sales channels on new products
    • Sales Enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team, developing the sales tools, demos, and training that support the selling process of all software products
    • Demand Generation – develop the strategies and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for new software products; Deliver thought-leading content via blogs, social media, events, email marketing, and other outlets
    • Market intelligence – be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on the competition and how to win against them; conduct win-loss analysis to better understand areas to improve



    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or other related field
    • Ten or more years of software marketing experience including B2B SAAS applications
    • Superior written and verbal communications skills, experience in developing and editing copy
    • High proficiency in developing selling tools in MS Office applications
    • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
    • Knowledge of agile product development methodologies
    • Willingness to travel 10-15%
    • Any knowledge of workplace Environmental Health and Safety would be a plus
