    Our Client, a leading Pittsburgh-based provider of Medical Software, is currently seeking candidates for a Cost and Operations Analyst role. This long-term role will be an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company and grow a career. Working closely with Managers, Directors, and Staff, this individual will play a key role in supporting the company's budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.

    Customer Revenue & Billing

    • Maintain spreadsheets of actual billings vs SOW/PO, across every brand
    • Prepare revenue estimates for customers


    Brand Profitability

    • Work with Sr. Management to create monthly profitability targets
    • Create reports to track against those targets


    Project Profitability

    • Work with Sr. Management and Project Managers to create project profitability targets
    • Track and measure budget vs actual for projects


    Budget and Forecasting

    • Work with Sr. Management on annual budget and regular re-forecasting
    • Assist in planning headcount and space needs


    Month-End Closing

    • Coordinate with Accounting on month-end close requests
    • Track monthly/annual budget vs actual



    • BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plus
    • Minimum 4 years of related experience
    • Cost, Project, and Management Accounting
    • Budget and Variance Analysis
    • Project Analysis
    • Revenue Recognition experience
    • Transactional Revenue experience preferred
