    Our Client, an industry-leading global technology manufacturer, is currently seeking candidates for a Lead Business Analyst role, specializing in the Oracle Depot, Service Contracts, Install Base and Order Management modules within Oracle EBS. This individual acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community, working with IT project teams and business counterparts to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs.

    Responsibilities

    • Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology
    • Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements
    • Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications
    • Partners with business and technology partners to prioritize IT Projects and enhancements
    • Partners with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing
    • Documents user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
    • Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
    • Five or more years of functional experience in analyzing and supporting the Oracle Depot module; additional experience in Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base and Order Management, of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)-R12
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
    • Able to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements
    • Capable of leading process improvement initiatives and using tools like Six sigma to solve problems
    • Knowledge of quoting and order processing concepts along with interface to manufacturing and receivables
    • Ability to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
    • Demonstrated experience in working with global teams
    • Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in Oracle EBS instance
    • In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
    • Ability to travel when needed, < 15%
