    Our client, a leader in their industry, is actively seeking a Sales/Engagement Cloud Specialists for a 12 month contract assignment in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role will be working on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project. The CRM project will lay the foundation for a 360-degree view of our customer by providing an end-to-end integrated customer journey across sales, marketing, customer service and social interactions. The CRM solution will do this by implementing the Oracle CX cloud solution which includes Sales/Engagement, Service, Knowledge, and Marketing. 

    Responsibilities

    • Configuring and customizing Oracle Sales/Engagement Cloud according to user requirements under the guidance of our client’s System Integrator.
    • Will be working with your agile squad members to develop and maintain solutions to ensure that the Cloud CRM system meets the needs of the organization in terms of functionality and quality.
    • Help automate and streamline delivery using our test automation framework.
    • Building solutions to extract, transform and load data from legacy CRM and mainframe Customer Information Systems to the corresponding Oracle cloud environments.
    • Building custom reports, dashboards and analytics.
    • Confirming requirements, and designing the reporting solutions, develop scripts when necessary, support testing efforts, provide post-production support, help identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues. 

    Qualifications

    • 8-12 years IT Software Developer experience
    • Oracle Sales/Engagement Cloud Implementation expertise 
    • Ideally 2 years of implementation experience and involved in at least 2 end to end implementations of Oracle Sales or Engagement Cloud with strong CRM Background. 
    • Experience of at least 1 end to end implementation of Oracle Partner relationship Management. 
    • Exposure to Engagement Cloud service capabilities 
    • Highly proficient in customizing Oracle Sales/Engagement Cloud using Oracle Cloud Application composer, Page composer, BI Composer & Process composer. 
    • Must demonstrate Basic Understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud analytics 
    • Proficient in admin tasks, User roles, Territory management and Sales Hierarchy 
    • Experience in Bulk Data Upload/Migration Strategy from Legacy Systems to Oracle Sales Cloud 
    • Experience in customization of Oracle Sales Cloud Applications using APIs, Groovy scripting and extensions, interface tools and web services standards and technology including WSDL, SOAP, REST 
    • Experience in Assignment Manager, Triggers, Object workflows to design and build solutions. 
    • Experience in integration through OIC with CDM and Service cloud is a plus 
    • Oracle Sales/Engagement Cloud specializations/certifications a plus 
    • Must Demonstrate ability to understand customer business scenarios and come up with innovative solutions 
    • Strong communication, team building, and support skills 
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership 
    • Experience in creating reports using OTBI Analytics cloud. 
    • Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred 
    • Experience in working with offshore resources is a plus. 
    • Experience with pair programming a plus
