Our Client, a global consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, has an immediate need for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analyst. This individual will play a hybrid product owner role, collecting and analyzing requirements and solving business problems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Additionally, this position will serve as a liaison between users and technology teams.
