    Our client, located in downtown Pittsburgh is hiring a part-time Service Desk Analyst position. This position will work with the executive team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience. This position is scheduled for Monday through Friday between the hours of 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a high level of customer service while supporting case teams and office based staff in a fast-paced environment.
    • Support includes, but is not limited to, laptops (Mac/Windows), desktops (Mac/Windows), and smart-phones.
    • Experience troubleshooting Macs, Windows 10, Office Suite
    • Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions and/or escalate to the appropriate expertise area.
    • Basic skills in the following areas: Macs, PC/laptop hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networking, and server administration
    • Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
    • Proactive with a drive for customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Three of more years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst
    • Experience working with executive or C-Suite level customers, preferred

    Education:

    • Technical or Associates degree required
