    Our Client, is seeking a Manager of Business Application Support for a full time position.  Candidates will be responsible for the effective support, development, deployment, and optimization of business systems solutions.  Duties include, leading the Global Business Applications support team by providing business support, enhancements/ optimizations, and projects to a userse in the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Oversees the delivery of complete, timely, and quality support to the global user base for the business applications delivered from the Corporate data center.  Candidates will need to have a minimum of ten years of related work experience.



    • Strong business process knowledge in the areas of manufacturing, sales, distribution, and finance. Able to analyze, understand, and translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate this to business and technical professionals
    • SAP experience in a multinational manufacturing and sales organization
    • Able to manage on-site, remote, and outsourced resources to analyze, develop, and deliver high-quality business system solutions
    • Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of business application software packages
    • Demonstrated project planning, project management, problem-solving, and work prioritization skills
    • Able to recruit, develop, manage, and lead a team of business process and technical project professionals
    • PMI Certification desirable


    • 10+ years of experience in application software implementation and support
    • 7–10 years of experience in SAP implementation or support
    • 3+ years of proven experience in Project Management


    • BS in IS/related field with 8-10 years’ experience software solutions implementation, development and support
