  • Overview

    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Service Desk Support resource. This is a 12 month contract position.  This candidate will be responsible for level 1 support, navigating end-users with incidents/issues, and escalating tickets as needed.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of related work experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Experience supporting PC hardware and software
    • Progress toward CompTIA A+ certification
    • Experience with Dell and Lenovo PCs
    • Experience with PXE Boot Image Installation
    • Experience with Trend disk encryption
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Office 2010 and 16
    • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
    • Experience with asset management, including install, move, add, and changes 
    • Experience working in enterprise environment
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
    • Ability to work independently – minimal supervision 
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Qualifications

    • Two or more years of experience supporting PC hardware and software
    • Experience with Dell and Lenovo PCs
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Office 2010 and 16

    Certifications:

    • Progress toward CompTIA A+ certification
