    Our Client, is seeking a Global Knowledge Management Leader for Employee Connect in support of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Employee Connect portal. This position will lead the organization’s Knowledge Management Strategy and update the Employee Connect Director on knowledge management and information system enhancements and needs while ensuring the needs of the organization occur in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Candidates will need to have a minimum of 6-8 years of related work experience.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the Global HR Knowledge Management SharePoint site and various pages within are thoroughly updated for content and visual appearance in a timely manner
    • Providing leadership for knowledge management and information to all employees
    • Providing a strategic view on the further development of integrated knowledge management systems and practices in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future
    • Taking the lead in encouraging employee user adoption of the Employee Connect portal by ensuring an awareness of the knowledge management resources available, ensuring employees are appropriately trained, and validating the employees are using the systems efficiently and productively
    • Embracing our Quality Transformation tools to include PVC (Process Value Chain) to manage process improvements and ensure continuous improvements & preventative actions are applied
    • Managing future online Knowledge Management and Incident Management tools in support of Employee Connect, training of users on the knowledge management portal(s) and collaborating with IT to provide statistical analysis of tool usage
    • Must be open to Global Travel- 20%

    Qualifications

    Education: B.S. or B.A. preferred

    • 7+ years of experience with various Knowledge Management and/or HR system functionalities encompassing process documentation and training
    • Be able to manage contect, create policies and processes
    • Experience with Sharepoint Administration
    • Proven experience with knowledge management and ability to develop knowledge management systems and process.
    • Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures globally ensuring proper internal controls and efficiency
    • Knowledge of project disciplines and technical skills required to deliver professional services
    • Project management skills needed in working with the Employee Connect team on upgrades, acquisitions and various projects
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision
    • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and across all functions of the organization
