The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Manager - FP&A. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years experience in FP&A, Experience with short and long-term financial models, and strong Excel skills.

• Create and advise on a 5-year strategic plan forecast, operating budgets, and weekly forecasting
• Create a monthly budget
• Maintain and improve forecast models using financial modeling tools such as Power BI
• Participate in the monthly Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning processes
• Provide information to improve profitability through in-depth analysis of operations and identifying areas of opportunity

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A
• Strong Excel skills including creating and manipulating formulas
• Experience with costing or controllership
• Experience leading hands-on processes and projects to completion
• Experience using Power BI is a plus
