Software Deployment Technician

Location: Hybrid- West of Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card.

The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a Software  Deployment Technician. The primary role of the Deployment Technician is to ensure the smooth and flawless turnup of services for Customers.  In addition, the Deployment Technician will assist the Delivery & Installation Manager providing the necessary resources to successful rollouts and implementations.   

• Provide Kiosk hardware and software technical guidance and assistance to installation vendors
• Work with the Field Services Team to develop installation and prerequisites documentation, keep documentation up-to-date, modify as needed, and deliver to vendors
• Work with Project Coordinators and Deployment Project Managers as needed
• Ensure that all kiosk installations successfully complete as scheduled
• Remedy post installation issues and concerns 
• Confirm and secure required installation photos (pre and post) and confirm customer signoff is received

Minimum Requirements:

• Associates degree in business, MIS or IT preferred; HS diploma with equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience previous technology experience, quick service restaurant experience is a plus
• Easily learn new company specific software
• Experience with SmartSheet and Oracle Cloud preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook 
• Experience with vendor communication, logistics, shipping, and project management
• Strong experience with vendor process management and installation procedures
• Strong people skills and ability to train end users
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
