Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid, Bridgeville, PA

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a public accounting, Senior Accountant. Ideal candidates will have their CPA and 3+ years of public accounting experience.

• Work with financial statements to perform detail testing based on the audit programs and work with 90/10 ratios and composite scores
• Draft financial statements and related footnotes
• Participate in GAAP meetings, Continuing Professional Education, and staff meetings
• Interact with clients to ensure accuracy of information
• Minimum 40 hours of continuing education per year (provided by firm)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA or CPA candidate with intent to earn CPA

Experience Required

• 3+ years professional accounting experience in public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize
• Strong oral and written communication skills
