The A.C. Company has an immediate opening for an Administrative/Sales Support Assistant.  

Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating the advisor's schedule and client communications with enthusiasm
  • Onboarding clients
  • Demonstrating high organizational skills
  • Employing excellent social skills for client interaction
  • Communicating effectively with clients and corporate partners

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience with MS OFFICE, including creating formulas in Excel
  • 3-5 years' of ADMIN/Sales support experience
