Funds Accounting Analyst - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)  in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Funds Accounting Analyst.  Ideal candidates will have experience with financial statements and exposure to SEC regulations as well as working with funds accounting.

• Prepare regulatory filing forms
• Support SOC1 testing by external auditors
• Review and analyze financial statements
• Review funds' portfolio of investments
• Prepare pro forma disclosures
• Review summary reports and regulatory filings
• Research and evaluate new security holdings

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Required Experience

• 2+ years experience with financial statements and working with funds accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules
