Manager, Funds Reporting - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)  in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Funds Reporting Manager.  Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of mutual funds financial experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with SEC reporting.

• Review Funds' portfolios for regulatory filings
• Resolve delayed audit confirmations
• Present financial statements to the Funds Boards
• Ensure interim and final regulatory filing schedules and deadlines are met
• Create appropriate disclosures for information required in fund financial statements
• Research financial reporting issues that impact mutual funds and make recommendations
• Oversee the work and development of direct report staff including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback, training, and coaching as needed

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Required Experience

• 3+ years experience with mutual funds 
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
