Staff Accountant

Location: Hybrid, Pittsburgh PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of experience with accounting including balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Experience with property management can be considered.

• Reconcile monthly expenses and create invoices accordingly
• Manage collection of accounts receivable
• Track construction project costs and calculate construction management fees
• Support month-end close
• Produce and analyze monthly operating reports
• Support the preparation of annual budgets

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in business or Accounting preferred

Experience Required

• 3 years of experience with accounting including balance sheet, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables
• Experience using Yardi is a plus
