RF Technician

Location: Onsite- West Chester, PA

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, No C2C

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an RF Technician position.  Ideal candidates must knowledge of RF Principles with at least 2 years of hands on experience.

• Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment
• Troubleshoots to the component level
• Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians
• Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development
• Reads and works from schematics
• Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes
• Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels
• Maintain a clean, organized work station
• Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair

Experience

• Must possess knowledge of RF principles
• Possess soldering and de-soldering skills
• In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory
• Must be able to use signal generator
• Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer
• Must possess knowledge of VSWR, ACLR & feedback circuits
• Experience with receive & amplifier circuits
• Electronics Certification
• Pass a Technical Aptitude Test
• (Internal applicants) 2+ years’ experience as a Technician B
• Letter of recommendation from immediate Supervisor (internal applicants)
