System Administrator

Location: 100% Onsite in Swissvale, PA

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Work Authorization: US Citizen

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a System Administrator. Ideal candidates will have at minimum an Associate Degree and 3-5 years' experience in Information Technology.

• Build new physical/virtual servers and workstations to support growing business requirements.
• Provide Tier II Helpdesk support
• Maintain active directory
• Support MS Exchange/Email system(s)
• Develop standards for all servers, systems and core applications
• Ensure all servers are properly patched and upgraded
  Assist with development of Disaster Recovery plan and perform annual tests of plan
• Primary contact for all server/system monitoring and alerting

• Associates degree or higher preferred, related to Information Technology
• 3-5 years of Information Technology experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Can communicate clearly and effectively with business end-users
• Familiarity with MS Windows Server
• Expert with MS Windows workstation and related software
• VMWare virtualization (server and desktop)
