TREASURY ACCOUNTANT - HYBRID

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Contract-to-Hire

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Treasury Accountant.  Ideal candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, and a solid work ethic.

• Conduct research and record all cash receipts while tracking unapplied cash receipts requiring further investigation
• Maintain and upload electronic receipt information into Oracle
• Conduct reconciliations and journal entries of cash disbursements 
• Track activities in the company's Stock account related to share buybacks and restricted stock awards
• Conduct receipt or clearing testing for Oracle upgrades
• Work closely with Accounts Payable to handle daily wire transfers and ACH transactions
• Initiate foreign denominated wire transfers
• Prepare daily cash reports
• Support Month-end close with journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Calculate debt ratios and prepare compliance certificates

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree 

Experience Required:

• Solid experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Solid decision-making, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Good work ethic
