Location: 90% Remote- must be willing to work EST Time Zone

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an HIS Program Manager with a Cerner background.  This will be 95% remote with trips for corporate onsite meetings or "go live" implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Program Managers are responsible for all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned and directly supports the achievement of strategic goals. Provides strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture
  • You will also oversee the progress of operations
  • Take a high-level view of the entire program, and strategically guide project managers to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program’s objective
  • Planning and managing large and/or complex projects or project components from the design phase through implementation
  • Gather required information from the client, while leveraging cross-functional relationships, to evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of any given project
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage all processes throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, and training)
  • Ensure milestones are achieved, project objectives are met and projects are successfully delivered on time and on/under budget

Qualifications

  • Degree / Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Level of Experience: 10+ years of related project management or relevant experience with Cerner HIS
  • Skills that are desirable include background in EHR implementation, Oracle/Cerner, Radiology, IT Infrastructure
