Business Application Support Analyst

A.C. Coy is looking to hire a Business Applications Support Analyst  (95% remote with onsite go lives or scheduled departmental meetings EST zone).  Previous experience supporting hospital staff patient applications for clinical /financial systems requiring no build experience.

• Supporting several  hospitals in network identifying and documenting problems and creating a service ticket
• Follow up with the end user to ensure completion and satisfaction

• Associates or four year college degree
• 3-5 years of hospital applications support clinical/financial systems
• Cerner Community Works experienced preferred or other HIS packaged  application support like Epic or Medipac
• Self-Starter, Customer Support, documentation skills required
• Rotating call shift will be required
