This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving cross-functional projects within the company, ensuring that tasks are coordinated and completed across multiple departments. This individual will serve as a central point of contact, keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, capturing action items and due dates, and ensuring accountability for project success.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience, a strong understanding of technology, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Required:
3+ years of experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Executive leadership
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in using one or more project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
PMP or a similar certification
