The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Project Coordinator role. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving cross-functional projects within the company, ensuring that tasks are coordinated and completed across multiple departments. This individual will serve as a central point of contact, keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, capturing action items and due dates, and ensuring accountability for project success.

 

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience, a strong understanding of technology, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects by coordinating efforts between various teams to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Track tasks across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables and timelines

Meeting Management:

  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, including planning sessions, progress updates, and post-mortems
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and due dates to all relevant stakeholders

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and management to provide updates on project status, risks, and outcomes
  • Act as a liaison between departments to mitigate conflicts and ensure smooth collaboration

Task Management:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Hold individuals and teams accountable for completing assigned tasks on time and within scope

Reporting:

  • Generate and deliver regular project status reports to management and other stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints as necessary

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Implement best practices for project management across the organization

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Executive leadership

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using one or more project management tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • PMP or a similar certification

  • Proficiency with O365, including Teams and SharePoint
