Accounting Manager

Location: 100% Onsite

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager. Ideal candidates will have QuickBooks Online experience, strong accounting experience, and solid leadership skills.

• Prepare financial statements and cash projections
• Analyzes sales and profit projections
• Prepares financial forecasts
• Participate in senior management meetings and provide financial updates
• Analyze and present areas in need of cost containment / improvement
• Maintain bank relationships and address cash positions and borrowing needs
• Conduct financial risk management, including negotiations with insurance vendors
• Oversee estimating, quoting, invoicing, AR, and collections departments
• Provide professional development to accounting staff

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience using QuickBooks Online, including pulling reports
• Strong GAAP accounting skills including producing financial statements, P&L, Cash management, etc.
• Ability to work independently
