Overview

Location: Hybrid - Pittsburgh, PA (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Job Type: Full Time / Contract

Work Authorization: No sponsorship

 

The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a Technical Support Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of infrastructure technical support experience.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide onsite support of the data centers, remote offices and technical infrastructure.
  • Ensure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified – 80%
  • Perform equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions – 10%
  • Installation and general upkeep of data centers racking, fiber, power, and network equipment

  • Shift: 3 -11pm Sunday - Thursday

Qualifications

 

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of production layered applications (TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS, etc.)  
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, both hardware and software and networking
  • Experience with a ticket tracking system (HP Servicedesk, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

 

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience - required
  • Bachelor degree or related experience - preferred
