Corporate Controller

Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Office, Greensburg, PA 

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Corporate Controller. Ideal candidates will have an active CPA with work experiences that include international entities and compliance with IFRS directives.

• Perform evaluations and implement recommendations to ensure compliance with IFRS directives
• Manage efficiency and accuracy of internal control structure
• Communicate effectively with global leadership to present accounting processes and reports
• Direct and implement automated accounting systems ensuring the integrity of all manual and automated systems
• Manage process and procedures for producing IFRS compliant consolidated financial statements
• Manage and report on CAPEX and warranty reserves
• Oversee monthly progress billing reviews
• Oversee technical accounting practices
• Support external auditors

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA Required

Experience Required:

• 10 years of work experience in an accounting role 
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience with complex international accounting practices including multiple subsidiaries and currencies
• Strong grasp of IFRS directives
