Category Manager

Location: On-site 5 days/wk in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Category Manager. Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years of procurement experience, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated experience working with multiple departments to negotiate contracts.

• Responsible for spend within the Indirect Materials and Services Categories
• Collaborate with teams to identify cost savings targets
• Execute contract negotiations with suppliers
• Responsible for contract management including cost savings, supplier performance, and service specifications
• Maintain business relationships

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Experience Required:

• 5 years procurement experience 
• Experience with online bidding tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to Detail 
• Strong interpersonal skills
