Controller

Location: Hybrid, Moon/Robinson PA

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Controller to join a growing team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 4 of those in a management role. 

• Prepare financial reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
• Review account reconciliations
• Review month end close
• Audit accounts in collaboration with external auditors
• Present financial reports outlining financial objectives and make recommendations to leadership
• Provide analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local, state, and federal government requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

• 8+ years of experience in accounting
• 4+ years of experience managing teams
• Experience with financial reporting systems
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize
