The A.C Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Solutions Architect role.  Ideal candidates must have extensive Workday experience that can work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of end to end scalable solutions that align with the goals, technology strategies, and project requirements for the organization
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for specific projects
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of goals
  • Conduct feasibility studies and performance assessments of proposed solutions
  • Keep up with industry trends and technologies to inform solution design and architecture decisions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Conduct project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, achievements, and potential challenges
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with technology vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through team collaboration
  • Support team development by providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Maintain documentation of technology processes, decisions, and project milestones.

 

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Experience

  • 5-10+ years of extensive WorkDay experience is highly desired
  • Must be able to understand, coordinate, design, and implement technology solutions and strategies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the organization.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) preferred
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
  • Industry-specific experience, especially in Construction, is an advantage
