Director of Marketing

Location: Hybrid, Wheeling, WV or Canonsburg, PA

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Director of Marketing. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a marketing role, experience with project management, and proven success with multiple marketing campaigns including direct mail, web and social media channels. 

• Oversee the strategic marking efforts for the company to support an existing customer base as well as develop methods to expand via new products and innovative messaging
• Oversee a team of marketing professionals 
• Collaborate with engineering during periods of development 
• Support product launch activities
• Manage channels including sales presentations, literature updates, promotional events, etc.
• Conduct research to review and identify gaps in the market as new business opportunities
• Present business strategies to senior executive leadership for investment decision making
• Conduct target market analysis and provide competitive analysis summary, battle cards and sales strategies to Channel Partners and sales teams
• Work with managers to address issues with budgets, contracts, and marketing plans
• Create marketing plans for new products and services
• Identify relevant marketing trends 

Education Required:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field

Experience Required

• 5 or more years of management experience in business-to-business markets
• Experience with project management, grave to cradle of marketing strategy
• Strong understanding of Channel / Partner programs and developing growth-oriented direct marketing strategies
• Experience creating new business plans and presenting marketing & product strategies to executive audience
