ServiceNow Developer- hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer for a contract role.  

• Develop and configure a Scoped Application including: Roles, Groups, Fields, Forms, List Views, and Filters; Access Control Lists (ACLs); Request/Record Producers and Workflow for fulfillment; Assignment Rules (as needed); SLAs
• Enhance existing Request/Catalog Items and build new ones as required
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide technical guidance on platform best practices
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Assist in the creation of process and architectural roadmaps
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to ServiceNow

• Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Scoped Application development
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Change, and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience with ACLs, Role/Group configuration, and workflow development
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and best practices
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

   

  Nice to Have:

  • Experience providing training/documentation for admin and end users
  • Prior experience working in manufacturing or recycling industries
