End User Computing Analyst 1- hybrid in Pittsburgh, PA

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an End User Computing Analyst for a contract position.

• Provide technical support for corporate end user's computing devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and mobile phones
• Assist with establishing end user computing hardware and software standards
• Prepare knowledgebase information for the Service Desk. Train the Service Desk on new knowledgebase entries as appropriate
• Perform inventory of end user computing devices
• Demonstrate the ability to execute job responsibilities under pressure while effectively documenting and communicating as necessary
• Handles problems recognition, research, resolution and follow up for routine end user problems, referring more complex problems to Specialist
• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance for users experiencing problems with software and hardware
• Ensures issues are tracked and maintains communications by providing updates, status, and completion information to the end user in appropriate communications method
