Accountant

Location: On-site, Bridgeville, PA

Job Type: Full Time

Work Authorization: US Citizen, No C2C

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accountant. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree related to accounting, strong interpersonal skills, and several years of accounting experience

• Support month-end close processes including entering journal entries and conducting reconciliations
• Conduct monthly analysis of journal entries and financial transactions
• Support balance sheet reconciliations including researching reconciled items and establishing a resolution plan
• Monitor and enter sales transactions
• Perform depreciation/capitalization of fixed assets 
• Support sales & use tax, real and personal property tax, and other taxes as they relate to the business

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Required Experience

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and Vlookups
• Experience using ADP Payroll preferred

Travel

• Candidates will support physical inventories at branch locations during audit periods
