Location: Lafayette, IN - Onsite M - F

Job Type: Contract to Hire

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician.  Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of IT support experience.  

Responsibilities

  • Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets (e.g., personal computers and mobile phones)
  • Manage the inventory of IT assets for the site(s)
  • Provide IT / OT deskside support to all employees at the client facility
  • Provide White Glove IT services to all company executives
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10, 11), network, mobile devices and software across a range of business and OT applications
  • Communicate with employees vis face to face, over the phone, remote access, Teams and in writing
  • Comfortable working in areas that are not climate controlled
  • 80% office environment, 20% manufacturing environment (All safety equipment provided by client)
  • Support 500 internal users on a 4 person team

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree - Preferred

Experience:

  • IT Support experience (deskside, phone, white glove) - 2+ years
  • Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.) - 2+ years
  • Printer, mobile device, network, operating system (Windows 10/11) - 2+ years
  • IT asset inventory management - 2+ years
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility - Preferred
