Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Exton, PA

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a FP&A role within a corporate setting and experience with financial modeling, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for multiple business lines
• Analyze trends, results, and variances and report on financial performance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and forecasting activities
• Review and analyze P&L, balance sheets, and general ledger account balances
• Develop the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Provide variance analysis explaining discrepancies between actuals and forecasts
• Monitor and manage capital planning and spend
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in an FP&A role within a corporate environment
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
