DATA QUALITY ANALYST

Location: Hybrid north of Pittsburgh ( 3 onsite, 2 remote)

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Data Quality Analyst.  Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of data quality, data stewardship or business data analysis experience.  

This position is a Data Quality Analyst to support data accuracy and consistency across key systems including Salesforce, MARS (Market Asset Reporting System), and the Client Master Data Hub. This is a business-side, non-technical role focused on large-scale data review, cleanup, and standardization.

• Analyze and correct client data errors in CRM and internal platforms
• Perform data cleanup and quality checks in Salesforce and MARS (Market Asset Reporting System)
• Support system integration testing and UAT
• Follow data governance protocols and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies

Experience Required:

• Data quality, data stewardship, or business data analysis - 2+ years
• Experience with large datasets and tools like Salesforce and Excel - 2+ years
• Financial services or compliance background - Preferred
