The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Technical Account Manager.  Qualified candidates will bring their technical expertise and relationship management experience to be able to provide tailored services to our clients.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present strategic IT plans that align with clients' business objectives
  • Understand client industries, pain points, and evolving needs to recommend impactful IT solutions and industry trends
  • Create and manage technology roadmaps focused on efficiency, security, and business continuity
  • Serve as the trusted adviser and main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Foster strong relationships by proactively addressing concerns and delivering value-added solutions through face-to-face and virtual client engagement
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or projects that support client success
  • Prepare hardware and service quotes in collaboration with other departments
  • Lead strategic technical alignment reviews regarding IT performance, security posture, and future initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

  • 3-5 years' experience selling MSP Solutions
    • Hardware Sales could be considered
  • Deep understanding of IT managed services and cloud/data center solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally around the Pittsburgh area
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Active pursuit or maintenance of professional IT certifications (preferred)
