Canada Payroll Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Warrendale, PA

Job Type: Full time / Permanent

A.C. Coy is currently seeking candidates for a Canada Payroll Analyst role. Ideal candidates will have experience processing Canada payroll for both union and non-union employees across several provinces. 

• Process semi-monthly and weekly union/non-union payroll for Canada and multi-state
• Maintain accurate payroll records ensuring compliance
• Conduct monthly audits and reconciliations to identify errors and discrepancies
• Advise on local laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HRBPs, HR services and Finance
• Act as SME for Canada/US employees regarding payroll
• Produce payroll-related required reports for Canada
• Audit and ensure that all W-2s, T2 and RL1s along with tax reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Process wage garnishments, pay levies, and other involuntary court-ordered payments
• Perform  ACH bank payments and complete data for payroll reporting and tax deposits
• Complete and file necessary tax information

Education Required:

• High School Diploma

Experience Required:

• Experience processing Canada and multi-state payroll
• Experience with an outsourced payroll vendor (ADP WFN, UKG, etc)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail
