Financial Controller - Consultant

Location: On-site, Wexford, PA

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Financial Controller to support a growing, specialty manufacturer. Ideal candidates will be experienced with ERP system migrations, multi-departmental functions including IT and HR, and expertise with working with parent companies.

• Oversee all accounting and financial functions for a specialty manufacturing business
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for systems upgrades 
• Advise on policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance
• Analyze current trends and markets to ensure strategic forecasting of current markets
• Supervision of multiple direct reports in departments including accounting, IT, and HR

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred

Experience Required:

• Experience in a controller or finance director role with multiple direct reports, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience interfacing with parent companies to establish working strategies
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
