The A.C.Coy company has an immediate need for a Benefits Manager. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelors degree, 5+ years of U.S. benefit program experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience. 

Responsibilities

 

Manages the administration of Clients’ global health & welfare, retirement, pension and supplementary benefit programs 

  • Lead a team of 5 in the administration of all U.S. and Non-U.S. employee benefit programs (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, spending accounts, retirement plans, STD/LTD, voluntary & supplemental offerings, wellness programs, and COBRA) and related policies and procedures
  • Manage the execution of annual employee open enrollment and renewal of global benefits programs
  • Serve as the point of escalation for new and complex benefits matters

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field - Preferred

Certifications:

  • PHR, SPHR or CEBS - Preferred

Experience Required:

  • Experience working with U.S. benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, spending accounts, retirement plans, STD/LTD, voluntary & supplemental offerings, wellness programs, and COBRA - 5+ years
  • Supervisory experience - 2+ years
  • Leave of absence administration - 2+ years
  • Ceridian, Peoplesoft and or Dayforce - Preferred
  • Experience working with Global (Non-U.S.) benefit programs - Preferred
  • Experience with leave of absence administration - Preferred
