The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an IT Product Manager - Internal.  Ideal candidates must have a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of of 3 years of product management experience leading the technical aspects of internal communications products, specifically related to intranet platforms and digital signage solutions as a global, enterprise - level. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of Client's core internal communications technology products, including the company intranet and a new, global digital signage solution targeted for implementation in 2026
  • Strategically drive the development, evolution, and ongoing support of these products, ensuring they align with global internal communications strategy and product roadmap
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of internal communications strategy and processes to lead the strategy and successful delivery of global internal communications products and overcome technical challenges.

  • Work closely with global and regional internal communications stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements for projects, work requests, and change activities related to internal communications technologies.

  • Contribute to the selection and evaluation of internal communications technologies, platforms, and hardware, ensuring alignment with Alcoa's technical standards and business needs.

  • Collaborate on design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security discussions with the technical product team, internal communications business partners, and vendors for internal communications technologies.

  • Engage with IT leaders, infrastructure, and corporate security resources to ensure internal communications products comply with IT best practices, standards, strategy, and laws, including data privacy, accessibility, and SEO.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Science, or a related subject from an accredited institution.

Experience Required:

  • Enterprise level digital signage vendors/platforms -Ex. Appspace, Mvix, Poppulo, ScreenCloud, understanding content management systems (CMS) and network and hardware requirements.
  • SharePoint - Modern capabilities, features, best practices for global intranet design, content management, translation and user experience -
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Viva Connections, Power Platform integrations) and how they can enhance internal communications
  • Previous accountability for and usage of enterprise-level digital signage vendors and platforms (Appspace, Mvix, Poppulo, ScreenCloud, etc.) understanding content management systems (CMS) and network and hardware requirements
  • Work management tools familiarity (Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) - Required
  • Analytics tools knowledge (SharePoint analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and search engine optimization - Preferred
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (SharePoint analytics and Microsoft Clarity preferred) and search engine optimization is ideal - Preferred
  • Product management experience leading the technical aspects of internal communications products, specifically related to intranet platforms and digital signage solutions at a global, enterprise-level - 3+ years
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting technology vendors, including developing RFPs/RFIs and assessing technical capabilities for new solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories for new product development or significant enhancements.
